Solving Problems Others Couldn’t

 

Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to one thing: solving complex, recurring quality and technology problems – sustainably.

At Fraunhofer, we were often brought in as independent experts, unburdened by routine thinking, to tackle issues others couldn't resolve.

At Volkswagen, I led some Planning, Quality Assurance, and Quality Analysis teams. Eventually, I led the troubleshooting team for the central chassis plant – a role that required deep technical insight and practical leadership on the shop floor.

Here, I developed The Golden Cycle – a structured, hands-on approach to eliminating failures directly where they occur, while empowering teams and creating lasting change.

My Mission
