After about 30 years in the industry on highest level for Volkswagen and

The Fraunhofer Society (the worldwide greatest applied research institution),

I decided to alter direction.

Now, I share my passion by helping others.

Best results were reached when applied shop-floor.

The five step approach was developed by myself based on the knowledge of TQM, lean principles, shop floor management, Kaizen's PDCA, SixSigma's DMAIC Cycles etc. and my own experiences as a Consultant and Executive.
